This area is where we consult with new and existing clients. Whether it be for planning purposes or resolution purposes, we want to make sure the client is prepared on how their tax situation can be changed to their best advantage. Each client’s situation is unique and we want to create this service tailored specific to their demands. We offer a free 1-hour consultation to all new prospects to make sure we are the right fit for them. Planning can be anything from personal income taxes, business operations and business taxes as well as estate and trust planning. Before the year closes out at December 31st we offer planning consultations with our clients to make sure we have not missed any deductions or credits to take advantage of before the year closes.

Prepare:

This focuses on many aspects related to all income tax fields. Whether it be personal, business, LLC, partnerships, sole-proprietors, corporations, estates, trust and non-for-profits, we have the expertise in all of those entities. We specialize in self-employed tax preparation as well as filing back taxes, or multiple years worth of filings. We also offer payroll and sales tax filings for our business clients. Our staff is dedicated to our clients and will call, email and even text to make sure we get all deductions and credits as much as we can for them.

Resolve:

This specific area encompasses all aspects related to back tax liabilities, filings, liens, levies, garnishment, offers, settlements, payment plans and so on. No matter how much the client owes the government, we can make sure it is the right amount of liability. This whole area of expertise can help with late filings and payments as well as all negotiations and representations with the Internal Revenue Service and State Revenue Departments. We know the client’s tax rights and we are offering this specific service to all current clients as well as any prospects that would need these services in addition to their current tax situation. This overall service is here to offer our clients a channel to be represented before the government on their behalf. A lot of individuals and businesses do not know all of the tax laws and regulations, so we are their voice for them.
